Where are Iné products made?
Our sneakers are 100% European, materials sourced in Europe and sneakers produced in the north of Portugal. To find out more, go to the Commitments page
Responsible production
INÉ is committed to adopting sustainable practices at every stage of production and distribution.
We produce in small batches, which allows us to produce according to demand. Another advantage of small series is that we use scrap materials from other brands present in the factory.
Our factory is committed to energy saving by fighting against electrical waste (100% green energy, automatic detectors, low-consumption lamps and equipment), and by using photovoltaic solar panels capable of producing 50% of its energy consumption. 'electricity. The electricity produced is clean and renewable, which contributes to reducing its ecological footprint.

Our responsible and eco-designed materials
Our ethical sneakers are vegan and made from BioVeg, bio-polyols from non-GMO cereal crops not intended for food, combined with textiles from natural or recycled materials. This gives them 5 times greater resistance to aging than traditional petroleum-based items. Our technical innovations also make it possible to have a very comfortable shoe thanks to the recycled foam insole, while the outsole provides support and flexibility.
► The BioVeg range in detail: It offers an ecological revolution in shoe manufacturing, using certified organic materials, including recycled PES from plastic bottles and organic polyols from non-food, non-GMO corn crops. These materials are then combined with naturally-derived or recycled fabrics to produce a range of products that have the highest percentage of biomass on the market. BioVeg products can be tailored with various finishes and grains, proving their versatility. With 1200 plastic bottles, we can make 100 meters of BioVeg fabric. Compared to natural leather, BioVeg products offer a more sustainable alternative. BioVeg products are approved by PETA to be cruelty-free and are distinguished from other alternatives to petroleum products by their organic content, which comes from plant-based sources. These sustainable materials are obtained by using bio-polyols from non-food and non-GMO cereals, in combination with natural or recycled fabrics. The certified raw materials used ensure a quality composition, including GRS certified recycled polyester. The BioVeg range uses polymers specially selected for their resistance to aging, and according to ISO 1419: 2018 (E) Method C "Tropical Test" tests, BioVeg products have a lifespan 5 times greater than that of traditional products. petroleum-based. In addition, each square meter of BioVeg product saves the equivalent of one kilo of CO2 emissions.

Our objectives and ambitions
We are not perfect but we do our best.
Despite our reasoned choice of materials, our sneakers are not made from 100% recycled materials, as these do not yet offer the optimal resistance over time that we are looking for. But we are working on it! The durability of our shoes is indeed a very important point for us.
At Iné, we are constantly looking for solutions to continue to offer you unique and responsible fashion. To continue to source materials that are even less impactful but just as desirable, that is our goal.

Are Iné products suitable for all activities (e.g. running, hiking, everyday use)?
Iné sneakers favor everyday comfort and lightness, and are not initially designed for hiking or sports. They are ideal for urban and casual use, but can also be perfectly adapted to light sporting activities on an occasional basis.
Can we buy Iné products in a physical store?
We do not yet distribute our Iné products in physical stores, but to be informed of our next points of sale, do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter.
How to recycle our products?
It is also our responsibility to worry about the end of life of our products.
We take back the pairs that you no longer wish to wear. They will be recycled or upcycled.

How to create an account?
To create your account, go here.
Simply enter your email, and a unique 6-digit login code will be sent to you by email. The code received is valid for 15 minutes.

How do I log in to my account?
To identify yourself, go to the “ My account ” section at the top right of the main menu. Simply enter your email, and a unique 6-digit connection code will be sent to you by email each time you request a connection. No need for a password anymore. The code received is valid for 15 minutes.

How do I change my personal information?
You can update your information (contact, address, payment method) at any time by logging into your customer area.

Where can I find my order number?

Payments and billing
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order by credit card, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We use a secure payment platform to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information.
I have a gift card, how do I use it?
To use your Iné gift card, enter your card code directly in the “Discount code or gift card” field after validating your cart. The amount of your gift card is automatically deducted from the total of your order.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
To use your discount code, simply enter it in the “Discount code or gift card” field after validating your cart.
Can I pay in several installments?
Payment in 4 installments is possible via Paypal.
Can I change my billing information after my purchase?

Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We offer standard colissimo home delivery, chronopost home delivery and Mondial Relay in Metropolitan France. Colissimo home delivery is also possible to certain European countries (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Sweden), Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer delivery via colissimo without signature, Chronopost Express (metropolitan France only) or Mondial Relay (metropolitan France only).
How much are the delivery costs?
Colissimo home delivery without signature and Mondial Relay is free in Metropolitan France , with no minimum order.
For Express Chronopost deliveries in Metropolitan France and orders to Europe, the prices charged are as follows:
• Colissimo standard home (without signature) :

- Switzerland: 15€
• Colissimo standard home (with signature):
- Germany/Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg: €11

What are the delivery times ?
Colissimo Standard home:
Your order is prepared within an average time of 1 to 2 working days from the time your order is registered. The delivery time is then between 48 and 72 working hours* from dispatch.
The preparation of orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will begin the following working day.
Chronopost home:
For all orders placed before 11 a.m., delivery is made the next day before 1 p.m.
Mondial Relay:
Your order is prepared within an average time of 1 to 2 working days from the time your order is registered. The delivery time is then between 24 and 48 working hours* from dispatch.
The preparation of orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will begin the following working day.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number of the selected carrier. You will then be able to follow the delivery of your order directly on the carrier's online tool.
What happens if I am absent during home delivery of my order?
Colissimo delivery:
If you are absent during the delivery of your package, your package will be placed in your mailbox if its dimensions allow. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox to collect your package from the nearest postal collection point. In some cases, it is possible to reschedule delivery. To do this, bring your notice of passage and go to https://www.laposte.fr/outil/modification-livraison before midnight on the day you receive the notice.
Chronopost Express Delivery:
If you are absent during the delivery of your package, you can choose to reschedule your delivery to the date of your choice or have your package delivered to one of our local locations.
Can I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address after validation of your order, send us your request as quickly as possible via the contact form in the " Contact " section, or by email to the address contact@ine.fr, specifying your name and your order number.

What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
Did your package arrive damaged, or did you notice a defect on your sneakers upon receipt? Write to us via the contact form in the “ Contact ” section, or by email to the address contact@ine.fr, clearly specifying your name, your order number and the anomaly noted.
Returns & Refunds
My order is not compliant

I received my order but I would like to make an exchange or return
To return your order, you can make the request directly from your customer area.
Click on the order to be returned and select "Request a return". Once your request is accepted by our team, you will receive a pre-paid return slip to print. You can also write to us via our online contact form in the “ Contact” section, or by email to the address contact@ine.fr. Your sneakers must be returned in their original box with the bar code visible and unworn.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange or return an item. The deadline is extended to 30 days for any order placed between December 1st and 31st.
Are there return costs?
Returns are free. As soon as our team accepts your request, you will receive a pre-stamped return slip by email to print.
How am I reimbursed after returning my product and within what time frame?
The refund is made on the payment method used to pay for your order, and subject to verification of your return.
The refund is made within an average time of approximately 48 to 72 hours after receipt and validation of your return by our team.
